Dipping my toes back in.

Dangling my feet off of a dock on Squam Lake. Aaaaaah.

Dangling my feet off of a dock on Squam Lake. Aaaaaah.

I was lucky enough to spend a good part of last week at the Squam Art Workshops in New Hampshire. I'll post a full recap of that dreamy experience soon, but it's safe to say that I came home relaxed and inspired about making things and taking the time to embrace intentional creativity to my life. So! I'm starting this blog up again, eager to post photos of yarn and sunsets (and my handsome bunny-dog, obviously) and share recipes and crafty projects. Hello!

I haven't blogged since October (goodness) so there's just no way to recap everything, but some highlights from the last few months include a nephew on the way (my brother !!!!), travels to Tulsa + Las Vegas + Indianapolis + Rhinebeck, treasured phone calls with grandparents, embracing Project Life - a photo-journal project that has become so dear to me, visits from friends, a vegetarian Lenten season that totally revamped my cooking mojo, miles and miles walked with my sweet dog, and very best of all: getting married to Jacob, my best friend and the love of my life, in a not-quite-but-after-15-years-pretty-much-spontaneous (planned in a few weeks) just-us ceremony in Santa Fe. We're totally Team Browne now! So yeah, life is really good.
